• 24/7 Security with cameras and smart lock access at our boathouse at 608 Hawkins Drive, Frankfort, KY. There are currently 20 berths for members boats. 

• Access to Kentucky River via our dock

• Deck with firepit with scenic vista overlooking the river

• Bus Lounge with space for classes, remote work, and small social gatherings.
